What are the costs?
We charge a call-out fee of 60 euros. You then pay 88 euros per hour for 1 technician. If two of us are needed (which is often the case), you pay 120 euros per hour for 2 technicians.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, we work with our regular team of technicians who have been in the business for over 20 years. Very occasionally, it requires some investigation, so it's possible that we will contact you before our visit.
Will I receive advice on feasibility in advance?
Absolutely, let us know what's going on. We'll explore the possibilities with you. If, in our opinion, the outcome doesn't deliver the desired result, we'll also inform you of this.
How does an engineer visit work?
1. You tell us what your issues are.
2. We inform you of the costs and schedule an appointment - we may also order parts in advance.
3. We repair your sun protection.
4. You pay the amount by debit card to our mechanic.
Do the installers have all the parts in their van?
Our technicians carry many parts in their vans, but not everything. We often know in advance which parts will be needed.
If we have to come back to you, you will not be charged the call-out fee again.
