What are the costs?
We charge a call-out fee of 60 euros. You then pay 100 euros per hour for 1 technician. If two technicians are required (which is often the case), you pay 140 euros per hour for 2 technicians.
You can only schedule a technician within our installation region.
Are your technicians trained?
Yes, we work with our regular team of technicians who have been in the business for over 20 years. Very occasionally, it requires some investigation, so we might contact you before our visit.
Will I receive advice on feasibility in advance?
Certainly, let us know what's going on. We'll explore the options with you. Should the outcome, in our opinion, not yield the desired result, we will also inform you of this.
How does an engineer visit work?
1. You let us know what your complaints are.
2. We inform you of the costs and make an appointment - if necessary, we can already order parts.
3. We repair your sun protection.
4. You pay the amount by debit card to our technician.
Do the installers have all the parts in their van?
Our technicians carry many parts in their vans, but not everything. We often know in advance which parts will be needed.
Should we need to return, you will not be charged the call-out fee again.
